Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Distribution Center (DC) Fort Worth Racking System with Installation and Replacement of Exising Racking.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in thus notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) under the RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Government anticipated awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the contractor that demonstrates best value to the Government.
SECTION B: REQUIREMENT
FEMA requires the removal and disposal of all damaged racking and purchase and install new racking and existing wire decks in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) emergency response mission at DC Fort Worth.
B.1 Description

B.2 Period of Performance
The Period of Performance will be ninety (90) days from date of award.
B.3 Place of Performance
Delivery destination will be FEMA DC Fort Worth

Hours of Performance: The contractor shall schedule all delivery activities with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Facility supervisors,
Point of Contact: Government POC shall be provided upon contract award. In case of inclement weather not permitting arrival of participants, the Government reserves the right to make one adjustment to the period of performance with advanced notice. B.4 Site Visit
A site visit is available upon request. Due date and time of request is Tuesday, November 11, 2026, at 3:00PM E.T.
The contractor shall remove and dispose of all damaged racking, purchase and install new warehouse racking (teardrop uprights, beams, anchors) and reinstall existing wire decks at FEMA DC Fort Worth (501 W. Felix Street, Bldg. #12, Fort Worth, TX 76115). The rack system must meet seismic height/weight requirements, each rack position rated to hold up to 2,500 lbs, with closed tube posts, epoxy/powder coat/galvanized finish, anchored to concrete floor, with deflector post protectors and mechanical safety locks. Work hours are 7:00am–3:30pm. Installation must be completed within 90 days of contract award.
