The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027).
The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.
Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed –Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027)” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on September 7, 2026.
No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.

The contractor shall suppress indoor and outdoor populations of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, and other arthropod pests, as well as subterranean and non-subterranean termites, at specified U.S. Embassy properties in Kuala Lumpur. Services include monthly cockroach, ant, and rodent control programs; weekly mosquito oil smoke fogging and water-based misting; and monthly in-ground termite monitoring and inspection. The contractor must submit a Pest Control Plan, use Department-authorized pesticides, and coordinate with the COR. Work is performed on weekdays during normal business hours, with specific scheduling constraints and facility access procedures.
