F-16 Wing Skin Milling BPA

The contractor will modify F-16 lower wing skins by milling the inner surface to create a uniform thickness of 0.25 inches ± 0.12 inches throughout each skin, using the old skin as a drill template. The contractor must hold the skin flat during milling, protect the critical hole pattern (at least 0.5 inches clearance), and include shipping between Hill AFB and the contractor facility. The contractor must pick up, mill, and return skins within 14 business days after notification, demonstrate the milling operation within one month of award, and ensure skins are returned on original pallets with tail number visible.
