The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Recreation Parking Lots Pavement Marking, North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete parking space and traffic marker striping in three (3) public parking lots and on four (4) speed bumps along the recreation road. See attached maps and photographs for more information. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete parking space and traffic marker striping in three (3) public parking lots (Flagpole Parking Lot, Upper Shelter Parking Lot, Lower Shelter Parking Lot) and on four (4) speed bumps along the recreation road. Work includes painting 107 parking lines, lines and symbols for 6 handicap spaces with access aisles, crosshatched lines on both ends of parking spaces, painting four speed bumps, and painting the stop line, text, and traffic markings around the fee booth. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, using water-based acrylic traffic paint (yellow RAL 1023 for parking spaces, Handicap Blue 15080 per Federal Standard 595B for handicap spaces). The contractor must also provide all submittals, including an Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analysis, and certifications, within 14 days of award.
