The work involves cleaning HVAC systems in Buildings 15, 326, DD48, G770, NH180, and NH200 at Camp Lejeune, NC. The scope includes cleaning outside air ductwork associated with each AHU, including outside air dampers, mixing boxes, and access doors within the outside air duct; cleaning within sound attenuators and approximately 5 feet on either side of the sound attenuator in supply duct; replacing fan bearings and fan belts; providing and installing new air filters; applying rust inhibitor; and providing temporary cooling as needed. The acceptance standard is visual inspection confirming the unit is 'visibly clean' per NADCA ACR-2021 Section 5.2.
