FORMAL RFQ for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Working Group Conference Support Services is hereby amended to update Attachment #5, Q&A Spreadsheet (file "26Q0010_Attch 5_Q.A Spreadsheet_GOV RESPONSE_6 Aug 26") with Government responses to quoter questions received through COB 5 Aug 26. This RFQ will be updated as additional questions are submitted.

The contractor shall provide turnkey event planning and execution services for a conference, including securing a venue, reserving a dedicated lodging block, and providing fully integrated Audio/Visual (A/V) multimedia support. All services, meeting spaces, and lodging blocks must be co-located within a single commercial hotel facility within a five-mile driving radius of the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) in Falls Church, VA. The contractor is responsible for securing a main conference space of at least 1,200 sq. ft. for 80 attendees, a breakout space for 10 personnel, a block of 35 standard rooms for five nights, and all required A/V equipment as specified in the PWS.
