The contractor must fabricate and deliver jack rail fencing components to the Francis Marion National Forest Seed Orchard in Huger, SC. The required items include 250 units of 3-Rail Guzzler Jacks (each a complete welded two-leg frame), 753 units of 12-foot Jack Fence Rails, 44 units of 3-Rail Corner Sets, 5 units of Ravine Adapter Sets, and freight to the delivery location. The fencing material must be bare carbon steel, maintenance-free, with specific dimensions: rails shall be 1 ¾” OD, 13 gauge minimum; jacks shall be 2 3/8” OD, 10 gauge minimum; sleeves shall be 1 ¼” OD, welded at 17”, 30”, and 42” from the bottom of the jacks with a 6-inch reveal on each side. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to the specified address, and the contractor must coordinate delivery with the provided point of contact.
