Hard copy as-built drawing set of 1401 Newport Gap Pike building available for viewing during site visit. The contractor shall provide a turnkey design, configuration, procurement, delivery, and installation of nine heavy-duty fixed selective pallet rack units (14 ft tall x 18 ft long x 48 in deep, each level supporting 1,600 lbs), five secure wire mesh partition cages (approx. 10 ft x 13 ft x 14 ft) with sliding doors and dual-locking mechanisms, and heavy-duty boltless steel shelving inside each cage. Work includes site survey, slab anchoring with PE-sealed calculations, assembly with fire sprinkler clearance of 18 inches, bollard installation, and cleanup. The contractor must submit product data, shop drawings, design calculations, and certifications within specified timelines.
