The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental services necessary to complete the up-fitting, installation, integration, programming, testing, and delivery of law enforcement emergency equipment on two Government-owned 2026 Ford F-150s. Work includes installation of emergency warning lights and siren (SoundOff Signal bluePRINT system), vehicle interior components (Troy Products console, Setina prisoner partition, Blac-Rac gun locks, Gamber Johnson computer dock, Stalker radar pre-wire), vehicle accessories (blackout module, ignition security, cell booster, Angel Armor door armor, infrared lights), winch prep, graphics, and wiring diagrams. The contractor must pick up and deliver vehicles to Cheyenne, WY, and provide a minimum five-year warranty.
