The Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform annual inspection, testing, and certification of 100 backflow preventers and cross-connection devices located at 4815 N. Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. The Contractor shall also provide repairs for up to 20 backflow preventers if deficiencies are identified during testing, including component replacement, adjustments, and re-testing as needed to achieve compliance standards. All inspections, certifications, and repairs shall ensure compliance with the latest standards including ABPA, TJC, ASSE, NFPA 25, NFPA 13, AWWA, OSHA, CFR requirements, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Contractor shall maintain an accurate inventory/log of all devices inspected and tested, and submit testing and inspection reports within 10 calendar days after services are rendered.
