This is a solicitation notice for preventative maintenance on Makino CNC Machines in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK.
Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation.
Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Preventive Maintenance (PM), on eight Makino CNC Machines at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment includes four (4) Makino A71nx, three (3) Makino A81nx, and one (1) Makino U86. Services include Annual Preventive Maintenance, Six-month Health Check, Annual Machine Recertification, and Annual Extended Machine and Control Warranty. The Annual Extended Machine and Control Warranty includes all parts and labor for on-site corrective repairs, replacement of failed components with strictly NEW parts, all labor, travel time, transportation, and per diem expenses for on-site service visits, remote diagnostics and technical support during normal business hours, applicable software and firmware updates, and generation and submission of all required inspection documentation. The Annual Machine Recertification includes complete geometry checks, Renishaw Ballbar testing, Renishaw laser positioning accuracy checks, and a complete documented report. The Contractor shall perform work Monday through Friday, 0700-1500.
