Mold abatement removal services

The contractor must provide all labor, onsite personnel, and supervision for mold abatement of Building 58, including removal of impacted mold areas in the southeast corner stairwell (seven landings, six runs, four stories including sublevel, basement, first, second, and third floors) and the 2nd floor (offices, restrooms, utility areas, hallways, and plenum spaces). Work includes removing existing mold from walls, roof, railing, handrail, cage, stairs; removing and disposing of loose/damaged mold; applying anti-microbial agent; and providing containment chamber with negative air. The contractor is also responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight, delivery, and all necessary valid licenses.
