Conduct UTV Maintenance on 15 UTV's on a semi-annual bases for 3 years. Reveiw Section C for the SOW.

The vendor must provide all tools and parts (oil, lubricants, gaskets, filters, hoses, hardware, fittings) to perform routine scheduled maintenance on 15 UTVs semi-annually for 36 months. Maintenance includes oil and filter changes, diagnostic scans, replacing differential oils, lubricating chassis and throttle cable, inspecting/cleaning air filters and CVT belts, cleaning spark arrestors, tightening fasteners, adjusting valve clearance, and replacing spark plugs. Work is performed on-site at MCRDPI Buildings 764, 7024, or 1048 during normal working hours (0730-1600 Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays). The vendor must track each asset by serial number and hours, provide completed maintenance checklists to WFTBn S-4, and submit a detailed report of any non-routine repairs within 7 days. No more than three UTVs may be off-site at a time if transportation is needed.
