Fire Alarm, Suppression Systems, and Hood Testing, Inspection, and Certification Services - SAVAHCS

The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals to perform fire alarm, fire suppression, sprinkler, and extinguishing systems testing and inspection, including continuous campus-wide 24/7 offsite fire alarm monitoring. Services include annual portable fire extinguisher inspection (700 units), annual fire sprinkler system inspection (main drain flow test, 128 risers), semi-annual fire sprinkler system inspection (128 units), five-year fire sprinkler system internal inspection, semi-annual kitchen hood system inspection (6 units), CORE certified semi-annual kitchen hood system inspection (2 units), fire hydrant test and inspection (30 units), quarterly fire department connection inspection (34 units), quarterly sprinkler inspection of B60, B1, B80, quarterly visual inspection of B60 fire alarm devices, annual inspection of rolling fire windows/sliding fire doors (1 unit), 6/12-year fire extinguisher hydrostatic testing and inspection, quarterly kitchen hood cleanings (5 units), monthly exit light inspections (1500 units), NICET III Notifier certified personnel for maintenance, device programming, repair, monitoring services and fire alarm testing, annual hands-on Notifier training, and visual inspection of all fire alarm devices 6 months after annual inspection. The contractor must respond to emergency service requests within two hours and non-emergent service within 48 hours. The contractor shall provide a web-based reporting system and update AutoCAD red-line drawings annually.
