The contractor shall furnish all personnel, material, services, and facilities to perform the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. The contract covers a wide range of IT support services including help desk/desktop support, systems administration/network engineering, cybersecurity analysis/engineering, cloud engineering/systems architecture, IT project/program/service delivery management, database administration, telecommunications, computer programming, software engineering, QA/quality assurance engineering, systems/business analysis, and subject matter expertise at journeyman and senior levels. The contract includes a base year plus nine option years and a six-month option to extend services, with task orders issued on a firm-fixed-price, labor-hour, or time & materials basis.
