The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the supply and installation of guards booths in four Residences in Paris and its vicinity, France.
The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
All responsible sources have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The Contractor shall remove existing guard booths, prepare sites, and supply, deliver, and install new guard booths at four residences: Neuilly Complex, Boulogne Complex, Weber Residence, and relocate one existing booth from Weber to CMR Building. Work includes disconnecting electrical and communication services, dismantling and removing existing booths, cleaning and preparing concrete slabs, providing electrical and communications provisions (minimum two 220V outlets, telephone and communications connections), anchoring new booths, and coordinating delivery and lifting operations. Final reconnection of power and communications will be performed by Embassy teams. The Contractor must also provide as-built drawings, product data, warranties, and safety documentation.
