Amendment CTX Steam Humidifier

The contractor is to replace a Nortec steam humidifier (model SETC 375, 110-120V) one-for-one in Building 163. The existing unit is inoperable, so no outage is required. The contractor is responsible to exercise valves and verify they hold prior to demolition. No ICRA is required, but all demo must be covered during moving through the building. At completion, the contractor shall provide a written service report to the COR/AO with specific details including date of service, technician name, type of service, model, serial number, VA barcode, description of service, list of parts replaced, and contract obligation number.
