The contractor must provide all resources necessary to accomplish tasks including RASCAL code maintenance and continued code development (maintaining and updating RASCAL version 5.x, developing enhancements such as dynamic mapping, customizable plume display, alternate dose calculation methods, multi-unit capabilities, and bug fixes), RASCAL technical documentation and software quality assurance (developing and maintaining documentation, maintaining a Git repository, and developing an SQA plan), support to the NRC Operations Center Protective Measures Group, technical support to NRC staff and users, and optionally a RASCAL Code Development Scoping Report analyzing how new models could be coded and integrated for various reactor designs. The contractor must also submit a Monthly Letter Status Report and a final report.
