Equipment: Door Replacement

The contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, adjust, calibrate, test, and place into full operation twelve (12) commercial automatic single bi-fold sliding door assemblies in accordance with the Statement of Need. Pricing shall include all materials, door panels, frames, integrated locking hardware, transmitter buttons, receiver components, delivery, freight, labor, equipment, incidental installation, adjustment, calibration, functional testing, warranty, overhead, profit, and any other costs necessary to provide a complete and fully operational door assembly. The contractor's responsibilities are strictly limited to: furnishing twelve (12) commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) automatic single bi-fold sliding door assemblies; setting the door assemblies into Government-prepared and finished hallway openings, approximately 97" tall by 96" wide; anchoring the door assemblies in place using standard fasteners; applying sealant only at anchor points; adjusting and calibrating the door assemblies; installing separate contractor supplied transmitter push button(s) and receiver components; surface-mounting transmitter and receiver components at Government-designated locations; connecting transmitter and receiver components to the automatic bi-fold sliding doors; performing product-level functional testing; and final cleaning of the work area.
