This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/ and/or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N5005427Q0002.
This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2026-01 and the DFARS Change notice 20260507. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the Furniture that are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new.
No refurbished or used parts will be accepted.
The contractor shall supply and deliver 4 EA of Chair Assembly (12 inch by 15 inch base, 65 pound, aluminum, black upholstery, with pedestal), 1 EA of Chair Assembly (12 inch by 15 inch base, 65 pound, aluminum, black upholstery, without pedestal), 1 EA of Filing Cabinet (2 drawer, legal, aluminum), 1 EA of Filing Cabinet (Type One), and 1 EA of Desk (Type One) to DLA Distribution Norfolk RMC PROJ, Bunker Hill Towaway Bldg. X136, Norfolk, VA 23511. All parts shall be new. Shipping terms shall be FOB Destination.
