Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for preventive and corrective maintenance services on the SencorpWhite vertical medication carousel, model 2100, serial #2012452.
This procurement includes quarterly onsite preventive maintenance, 24/7/365 technical support, emergency and routine repair services, software/firmware updates, diagnostics, replacement parts (excluding consumables), and full-service documentation.
Intent to Sole Source:
The Government intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to SencorpWhite, Inc.
This determination is based on market research and a prior Sources Sought notice confirming OEM exclusivity requirements.

The contractor shall provide quarterly onsite preventive maintenance, 24/7/365 technical support, emergency and routine repair services, software/firmware updates, diagnostics, replacement parts (excluding consumables), and full-service documentation for the SencorpWhite vertical medication carousel, model 2100, serial #2012452, located in the Inpatient Pharmacy Room V2.710 at the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The contract includes a Gold Tier Support Plan with a guaranteed system uptime of 97% and a 24-hour guaranteed response time for onsite dispatch. The contractor must also provide all labor, travel, and parts necessary to maintain the equipment, and submit detailed service reports within 24 hours of each service visit.
