The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, and facilities to perform dry-docking repairs and alterations to the vessel in accordance with the solicitation and attached specifications. The work includes 20 definite contract line items: general welding (D-001), ultrasonic testing (100 shots) (D-002), hull plating (U/W body) inspection (D-003), fendering system repair (D-004), diesel fuel tank clean and inspect (D-005), main diesel engine(s) to MEPS generator(s) and jet drive(s) alignment (D-006), water jet inspect and perform service (D-007), jet drive anodes renewal (D-008), electrical isolation (MEPS) (D-009), diesel fuel tank defuel (D-010), diesel tanks refuel (D-011), fender faying surfaces preserve 100% (D-012), water jet drive preserve (D-013), U/W body preserve 100% (D-014), exterior and interior non-skid pads renew (D-015), marine chemist services provide (D-016), drydock (D-017), temporary services provide (D-018), sea trial performance support provide (D-019), and lazarette bilge preserve (D-020). The period of performance is 06 January 2027 to 04 February 2027. The contractor must provide a facility accessible from a navigable waterway with minimum water depth of 7 feet and vertical clearance of 25 feet, and ensure 2 additional feet below minimum water depth at the pier per SFLC Standard Specification 0000.
