Oil/Well Plugging at JELA (NPS)
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, PPE, and support equipment for orphaned oil well plugging at JELA, including filing Louisiana Office of Conservation work permits, constructing temporary barriers, hot tapping wellheads, verifying plugs, running gauge runs, circulating top plugs, installing cofferdams, cutting casings 10' below mudline, measuring methane levels, pulling pilings, removing flowlines and debris, and filing WH-1 reports.
