The contractor shall furnish all construction expertise and solutions, management, supervision, labor, equipment, material, manufactured articles, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all necessary items to accomplish the construction, repair, and/or alteration described in Task Orders. Work may include but is not limited to maintenance, repair and alteration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, architectural, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, flooring, paving, and earth work for industrial/office buildings and/or infrastructure or balance of plant (facilities) assets. Work locations include Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Sandia National Laboratories Sites, Kansas City National Security Campus, Nevada National Security Site (NNSS), Pantex Plant, Savannah River Site, John A. Gordon Albuquerque Complex and Y-12 National Security Complex.
