This project contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to complete the BB Repair Steam Piping in Manhole Near Building 1 as required by SOW, drawings and specifications. An organized site visit is scheduled for 08/13/2026 at 10:00 AM EST. The cutoff for submission of RFIs was 8/21/2026 at 2:00PM EST, email to david.hernandez1@va.gov.

THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR VETCERT CERTIFIED, SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB)
The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to repair steam and high-pressure condensate lines in the manhole between buildings 1 and 111. Prior to construction, the contractor must provide a temporary electric heating hot water source to supply buildings 71 and 101, as well as a temporary electric domestic water heating source with necessary generators. The work includes all labor, tools, material, equipment, supervision, and incidentals as required by the statement of work, drawings, and specifications.
