Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that in amendment 001, an answer indicates O-ring gaskets are optional and another answer indicates that O-ring gaskets are required. The correct answer is that they are optional and the government would accept an approved equal. This amendment also extends the response deadline to 10/14/2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment.
The solicitation seeks 16-gauge galvanized corrugated metal pipe (CMP) in diameters of 18", 24", and 36" with lengths of 12' and 20', along with compatible CMP hugger bands/bolts. The pipe must conform to AASHTO M36 and AASHTO M196, M218, M274, or M289 for coating. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to the Forest Service Yard in Price, UT, within 60 calendar days after award. The contractor must coordinate delivery with the Forest Service.
