To be considered for award your company must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Your company must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code found in block 10 on page one (1) of this solicitation, and this registration must be ¿active¿ in SAM at the time of quote/proposal close date/time - as well as, at the time of award and throughout the entire award/contract performance.

The contractor shall remove one existing 4-inch mechanical water meter, two 4-inch butterfly valves, the complete bypass loop, and both 4-inch tees supporting the bypass assembly. The 4-inch tees shall be removed in full and replaced with straight-run copper pipe and appropriate fittings to provide a continuous 4-inch main line with no bypass connection. The contractor shall then install the City-Furnished Sensus Cordonel-P ultrasonic meter and all required contractor-furnished valves, pipe sections, supports, gaskets, flange hardware, and fittings. The work also includes removal of the existing 3-inch bypass loop in its entirety, and all work must comply with City of Canton Water Department standards and manufacturer requirements.
