The Utah Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from qualified commercial vendors for the procurement of “Mobile Dental Equipment (military grade)”. All mandatory technical characteristics, specifications, and applicable terms are explained in the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 and attached SPECs Mobile Dental Equipment. Prospective offerors are solely responsible for downloading, reviewing, and understanding all attached documents and requirements associated with this solicitation prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver 3 each of a Triton restorative dental delivery system and maintenance subsystems, as described in the attached specifications. The delivery location is W8BD UTARNG ELEMENT, JF HQ, 12953 SOUTH MINUTEMAN DRIVE, DRAPER UT 84020-2000, UNITED STATES. Delivery is required within 60 work days from the date of award, FOB Destination, with the contractor responsible for transportation costs. The contractor must also provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent per DFARS 252.211-7003.
