Responses to this Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) are due at 5 PM EST on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and should be submitted through GSA's RSAP platform or emailed to the Lease Contracting Officer, Brandon Hruska, at brandon.hruska@gsa.gov
Provide leased office and related space in Foggy Bottom, Washington, DC, including 3 reserved surface parking spaces, fully serviced building shell, tenant improvements from shell to finished usable condition, operating services and utilities, and Facility Security Level I countermeasures, to house reception, consultation and assessment rooms, chief's office, assistive technology display and ergonomic demonstration areas, presentation and large conference space, kitchen, secure storage and charging, and open and specialist workspaces supporting Section 508 assistive technology services.
