This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 15BCMS26R00000019 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP), for Comprehemsive Medical Services.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The contractor will provide comprehensive medical services including inpatient and outpatient facility services, professional services, telehealth services, and institution-based services (optometry and physical therapy) for inmates at FCI Williamsburg. Services include emergency room services, specialty care, and teletriage. The contractor must manage medical records, submit proper invoices, and maintain communication with the institution. Estimated quantities include 275 inpatient days, 1325 outpatient visits, and 245 LTAC days per year, plus telehealth consultations and institution-based sessions.
