Cylinder Assembly, Actuator

The contractor shall manufacture and deliver a Cylinder Assembly, Actuator (NSN 1650-00-591-8287), a main landing gear door actuator assembly made of aluminum, steel and rubber, per Boeing part number 5-84045-9. The contract includes a First Article requirement (Bid A) with contractor testing and government fit/function test; the first article will remain on the aircraft if approved. The contractor must also provide a First Article Test Report, Certification Data for Material, and Certificate of Compliance. The required quantity is 9 each, with a range of 3 to 17 each, and delivery is FOB Origin to DLA Distribution Depot Hill, Hill AFB, UT, on or before 7 January 2027. The contractor must comply with higher-level quality standards (ISO 9001-2015 or AS9100), IUID marking, and Buy American Act/Balance of Payments Program. A Surge Option clause requires a Capabilities Analysis Plan within 30 days after award.
