The contractor provides scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, testing and minor repairs for dental equipment at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, including sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, X-ray arms, suction, vacuum and compressor systems, cone beam CT pano unit, rotary drives, scalers, dental chairs, lights, delivery units, intraoral scanners, printer and cabinetry hardware. Maintenance is performed at OEM-recommended intervals under a contractor schedule with initial service within 30 days of award during normal business hours, plus emergency onsite response within 48 hours for failures affecting clinical operations. Minor repair labor and routine wear parts are included in the firm-fixed price while major replacement components are acquired separately, with service reports, OEM-compliant parts and coordination with the technical point of contact.
