Service will be carried out in two phases in November and June each Period of service. All services will be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. Vendor will bill monthly in arrears for services performed.

AMEND 0001 POSTED TO ANSWER AND CLARIFY VENDOR QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS.
The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to perform semiannual cleaning and maintenance of building gutters, downspouts, and roof drains throughout the Boise VA Medical Center and Mountain Cove Campus. Work includes removing debris from gutters, downspouts, and roof drains, cleaning and rinsing them, and performing minor repairs such as reattaching/caulking gutters and replacing missing fasteners and parts; more extensive repairs are handled under a separate purchase order. Cleanings are scheduled in November and June each year, with each service scheduled at least seven days in advance with the COR and completed within a two-week period, and any road closures required for equipment must occur on weekends.
