Request For Qualifications for A-E Services KWRD 21-0067, Repair Dormitory B336

The A-E shall provide all services necessary to provide 35% drawings and specifications, complete cost estimate and supporting design analysis based on the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. The project includes a complete remodel of Dormitory B336: gutting all rooms to the walls, new finishes, new doors and windows, exterior repairs, new HVAC systems, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical panelboards and wiring, interior cables for telephone/internet/cable TV, wet-pipe sprinkler system, new combined fire alarm/mass notification system, and exterior utility work for potable water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, electrical, and storm water. The A-E shall prepare two separate 35% designs with separate cost estimates: Design A retains current configuration of one restroom shared between two sleeping rooms; Design B modifies floor plan to provide separate restrooms for each sleeping room.
