Volume 1: Quote on company letterhead
Quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc. Cage Code, must be included.
All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov.
The Government seeks additional discounts.
Volume 2: SF-1449
The SF-1449 shall be returned signed and with pricing. Fill in required Clauses.

The contractor must supply a range of deputy duty gear items as listed in the technical specifications, including but not limited to: New Era jackets, 5.11 shirts and pants, Kuhl pants, Salomon boots, Benchmade dagger, Streamlight flashlight, Pacsafe backpack, Wiley-X sunglasses, Surefire ear defenders, Helly Hansen rain gear, Fenix flashlight, Condor cap, various USMS badge embroideries, tactical trauma kit, CAT tourniquets, Revision ballistic sunglasses, Peltor headsets, and N-EAR surveillance kits. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) to the U.S. Marshals Service in Shreveport, LA.
