FY 26 - Graphic upgrades only for New Jersey and New York - Recruiting Stations

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to accomplish FY 2026 Upgrade Graphics Only for multiple Marine and Navy recruiting locations in North New Jersey and New York. Work includes installing exterior window wrap graphics, facia channel letter signs (including photo cell timer), interior signage graphics (e.g., 'Training' vinyl graphic, 'Honor, Courage, Commitment' vinyl graphic, Eagle, Globe, & Anchor vinyl graphic, Wordmark vinyl graphic), and replacing exterior pylon cabinet signs (face only). The contractor must visit site before submitting bid price, complete the job no later than 120 days after contract award, work during normal business hours (9am-5pm) in the presence of authorized military personnel, remove and dispose of all existing materials, relocate furniture and other items as needed, and secure the work site before, during and after work.
