This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing). The government intends to award a single purchase order for this requirement.

The contractor shall deliver six Vanguard-VL ballistic shields (black, 21" x 36", 0.4" thick, 18.1 lbs, with solid handle system, 3"x9" reinforced ballistic viewport, LED light with strobe mode, 1200 lumens, left and right weapons index, and transport bag) to the Communications Center (UDO-Supply) at 245 Murray Lane, SW, Bldg. T-5, Mail Stop 8509, Washington, DC 20223. Delivery is expected 90 days from award. The contractor is responsible for coordinating deliveries with the COR or POC and for off/on loading equipment and materials.
