This solicitation is for Klaxon system support and services in accordance with the attached documentation. The Period of Performance shall consist of one (1) 12-month Base Year plus up to four (4) subsequent one-year Option Periods.

The contractor shall procure, install, and maintain an upgraded IP-based Emergency Alert System (ConsortAlert) for the 4th Fighter Wing and 916th Command Post at Seymour Johnson AFB. Work includes removing the existing Alert III initiator and installing the new ConsortAlert system initiator in primary and alternate Command Posts, installing a new initiator (panic button) in the 916th Command Post, providing all hardware and software integration, conducting full end-to-end testing, configuring the system for automatic daily and weekly reporting, providing basic operational and administrative training, and providing ongoing maintenance and technical support during the base year and option periods. The contractor must use genuine OEM Forum parts and follow the schematic labeled 'Seymour Johnson AFB Klaxon System HLD v0.5'. The place of performance includes Building 3200 (Equipment Room), the 4th Fighter Wing Command Post, the 916th Command Post, and multiple building locations across the base.
