Amendment has also ocurred to include site visit instructions, base access form, q&a recieved to date and extend offer due date.
The contractor shall provide crane services for Tobyhanna Site Support in Chesapeake, VA, including de-installing two 16.4 Meter Satellite Communications Antennas. The two biggest lifts are the parabolic reflector (53 foot diameter, 15 feet tall, approximately 40,000 pounds) and the antenna base (37,500 pounds). The contractor must provide all logistics to and from site, set-up and disassembly on-site, and provide dunnage and plates as required for setting on unlevel ground. Lift Plans will be created by the vendor and approved by Tobyhanna Team Lead prior to 21 Sep 2026. The period of performance is 3 consecutive days for each antenna between 21 Sep 2026 and 02 Nov 2026.
