The purposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and compete with only a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Currently GE (CAGE code 07482) is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements.
Purpose of Edit is because the incorrect letter solicitation was previously posted. This edit includes the correct letter solicitation.
The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 51 units of VANE ASSEMBLY,FAN,A (NSN 2915-01-462-6011PR, P/N 1459M17G06) with inspection and acceptance at origin, higher level contract quality assurance, and compliance with Buy American Act. The contractor shall also provide CEMS Tracking in accordance with DD Form 1423-1 and DI-MGMT-81324C, and Surge Data in accordance with DI-MGMT-80969A. Delivery is requested on or before 31 Dec 2027, F.O.B. Destination to Tinker AFB, OK. The contractor must comply with DFARS clauses for IUID, Critical Safety Items, Small Business Subcontracting Plan, and CMMC Level 2.
