The National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP) Executive Control Board (ECB), under the Joint Funding Agreement, N00024-18-3-2231, intends to issue NSRP Research Announcement 27 (RA-27) and NSRP Panel Project Announcement (PP-27). Subsequent release of these solicitations will also be announced on SAM.gov. The RA, PP and any amendments thereto shall be posted on the NSRP website (www.nsrp.org). See attachment for more detail.

The NSRP seeks proposals for R&D projects that research, develop, mature, and implement industry-relevant shipbuilding and sustainment technologies and processes to improve efficiency and throughput across the U.S. shipyard industrial base. RA-27 projects have a 50% cost share goal (waived for small businesses, non-profits, and academia), while panel projects are limited to $200K in program funding and require at least one U.S. shipyard participant.
