Description of Work: The proposed project's goal is to improve the site amenities and reduce deferred maintenance at the Timpas Picnic Ground near Timpas, Colorado:
a. Base Bid Items - the proposed project includes and should be done in the
following order:
i. Installation of new picnic ground pathways.
ii. Replace pedestal grills.
iii. Improve interpretive elements.
iv. Improve parking area.

Base Bid Items include installation of new picnic ground pathways, replacement of pedestal grills, improvement of interpretive elements, and improvement of the parking area. An option item for parking area aggregate top dress is also included.
