Alternate Assessments, CAO

The contractor shall provide and deliver operational annual alternate student assessment services and professional training services in the following component areas: (1a) Assessment (online and option for paper-based), (1b) Student Registration Portal, (1c) Reports (paper copies), (1d) Reports (electronic deliverables), (1e) Assessment Reporting Platform; (2) Test Administration and Data Integration Training; (3) Project Management Services; and (4) Helpdesk Services. Optional services include test item customization and interim assessments. The contractor shall produce, deliver, and score paper-based and online annual student assessments for grades 3-8 and 11, provide a secure online registration portal, print and deliver individual student reports and aggregate reports, provide electronic data reports meeting EdFacts specifications, develop and deliver virtual and onsite training, provide project management including monthly calls, and provide helpdesk support during registration, testing, and post-administration periods.
