Rescue 21 Alaska Helicopter Services

The contractor must provide on-call helicopter transportation services for the U.S. Coast Guard Rescue 21 Alaska Detachment, including transporting personnel, equipment, and supplies (including sling loads and fuel) to remote fixed facilities in Alaska. Services are required for five separate Areas of Responsibility (AORs): Kodiak, Anchorage, Valdez, North Southeast, and South Southeast, with departure points as specified in Appendix A. The contractor must provide a commercially rated helicopter and crew, conduct flights in accordance with FAA regulations, and comply with bifurcated sortie requirements separating passengers from external sling loads. The contract is Time and Materials (T&M) basis, with a base period and four option years plus a 6-month extension.
