This is a solicitation for Family Housing Furniture Moving Services in Iwakuni. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervison necessary to accomplish the transportation, delivery, and installation of Government-owned furnishings and appliances as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The solicitation closes on 25 August 2026 at 4:30 PM Japan Standard Time. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 17 August 2026 at 4PM JST.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to accomplish the transport, delivery, and installation of Government-owned furnishings and appliances, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work includes movement of small, medium, and large furniture items, appliances, and installation of appliances, both on-base and off-base, including emergency movement of appliances on weekends and holidays. The contractor must comply with Japanese laws, safety regulations, and provide daily reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
