Delivery is FOB Destination to the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr. VAMC Warehouse in Memphis, TN. The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller and provide an OEM Authorized Distributor Letter. No used, refurbished, remanufactured, gray market, or counterfeit items are permitted.
