The contractor must supply 500 boxes of cover paper meeting the specified salient characteristics: 8.500 inches overall width, 11.00 inches overall length, white and colored overall color, vellum-finish overall material, 50.00 lbs basis weight, long grain direction, wood fiber pulp material, chemical fabrication method, and 2,500 sheets per box. The paper must be packaged in boxes per normal commercial practice, palletized if needed, and marked per FED-STD-123H or MIL-STD-129R. The product must contain a minimum of 30% recovered fiber including 30% postconsumer fiber per EPA guidelines. Delivery is to Jersey City, NJ 07305 with FOB destination.
