The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section, Washington, DC, intends to make a single award for Career/Work Readiness Certificate Program. Training location is: Throughout all Bureau of Prisons institutions.

The contractor will provide an evidence-based Career/Work Readiness Certificate Program (CWRCP) to the FBOP, including a curriculum designed for adult learners to develop key competencies for entry into the workforce and a portable credential certifying those skills. The contract includes providing assessments and test materials for 127 test sites for an estimated 14,640 students, certificates with score/skills reports and scoring services, textbook/workbook bundles (estimated 30% in Spanish), printed curriculum, teacher resources/manuals, additional skill tests and certificates for 7,000 students, and training and content support sessions (14 virtual and 6 in-person). The program must be aligned with the College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS) and the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and be available in both English and Spanish. The contractor will also provide scoring services, student progress and skills analysis reports, and institutional training for instructional staff.
