Under this contract, the contractor shall to provide collection and disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste. The contractor will be responsible for waste characterization and profiling, on-site collection and lab packing, transportation and manifesting, and final disposal and certification of all covered waste products. The contractor must have the manpower to transport waste from Satellite Accumulation Areas (SAA) to the Central Accumulation Areas (CAA) monthly and lab pack collected waste based on the amount of hazardous waste produced by the laboratory. The contractor will also be required to provide spill response and emergency cleanup services.
