After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ****** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.*
After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Wednesday, August 12th at 2:00 PM CST B3001.
You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.

The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals to accomplish the renovation of hallways 1AB1 103C – 1AB1 108B at Tinker AFB, OK. Work includes architectural demolition and construction (removing and installing doors, ceilings, wall finishes, flooring, chair rail, base, corner guards, fire extinguisher cabinets, signage), fire protection demolition and construction (removing and reinstalling fire alarm devices, testing systems), mechanical demolition and construction (removing and installing supply air diffusers), and electrical demolition and construction (removing and installing lighting fixtures, exit signs, occupancy sensors, wiring). The facility will remain occupied throughout construction, and phasing is required so that only one bathroom is under construction at a time.
